I felt so anxious today (technically last night) and had unmanageable mild/moderate tachy breaths & HR for like the last 4/5 consecutive hours of being awake. I managed to sleep for ~1.5 hours after. I just woke up. And I feel. Like I’ve been kicked in the chest by a fucking horse. This is how I imagine it feels to regain consciousness after an AED shock.
