Oops This is the street in Galway - the other was Killarney!! A better shot of the countryside.

Ireland is beautiful and damp. A street in Galway (I think), typical countryside and then the Cliffs of Mohair. Really a beautiful and green country, really friendly lovely people. Seems to be a bit drizzly at times, not too cool so good got walking around (with umbrella). I've a bit of traveller's ennui so we've had an off bus day today and walked around Killarney.

Now in Scotland. A street in Berwick North and part of the finale of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

Agia Pelagia where we are lunching. I've driven twice now - very proud of myself!! As you can see we are at the beach and will be having a swim - or in my case a sunbake and occasional dip. All is good.

Early morning looking towards the church. A quite day yesterday with a few walks for me into the village. Lovely and cool in the mornings and evenings, very warm during the day.

Dawn from the patio this morning. We've now got the car - am I terrified or what!!! All is like very on Kythira. A bit of a little Ng bus trip yesterday to get here but now we can relax and sweat. 😓

The Taverna we are having dinner at.

Our view while having another cuppa. We are catching the bus tomorrow to the bottom of Greece and then going across to Kythira. It's been quite hot here.

Did some cooking today. This is a cardamom and sea salt ganache tart. (From Sarah Wilson's recipes) it turned out really well and tastes delish. I had to eat this piece! The girls are coming over after we have dinner at a local Indian restaurant. I also made some health balls with lots of stuff in them. They don't photo well but taste really good.
