[Ruth stood in the parkinglot of her new college, watching her mom drive off. She let out a soft sigh and turned towards the big building behind her. A new, fresh start. In clivesdale, sure, but.. Atleast it's a new start. She grabbed her few bags and started trying to find her dorm. Her heart was pounding in her chest, and her hands were shaking a bit. her vision was starting to get blurry but 'it'll pass, it's just mild anxiousness.', She thought.
She pulleed out her phone and texted Roxy.

[Ruth sighs softly and starts unpacking.]

[ eventually, Roxy made it to the apartment. She got her room key and made her way to the room beside her, hoping it was Ruth’s. ]
[the door was open, and the short, curly-haired girl was carefully taking posters, books and other knick-knacks out of her boxes.]
[ Roxy beamed at seeing Ruth. She ran into the room and pulled her in a tight hug. ]
[She yelped softly before hugging back.]
"Hey Roxy-!"
"Baby!!!"
[ Roxy spins her around, kissing Ruth’s face and covering it in lipstick. ]
"I’ve missed you so so much!"
[she gave a soft, nervous chuckle.]
“I missed you too.”
[ she kissed Ruth on the nose, cupping both her cheeks. ]
"How was the flight.?"
"Good, then bad, then a little better."
[ Roxy responds, letting go of the other. ]
"..why was it bad?"
[She sat her down on her already half-made bed. before getting out a picture frame.]
"Just got..overwhelmed. Luckily, dad helped me out."
[ she sat next to Ruth, leaning her head on her shoulder. ]
[She nods,]
"...that's nice.,"
[She set the picture down on her nightstand, sighing softly.]
[ she nodded, relaxing against her girlfriend. ]
"How was your trip to here?"
"I dunno. My mom was pretty stressed and emotional about it."
[Something seems... off, but it's not like you were able to put your fingber on exactly what it was. She seemed kind of hollow in a way. Ruth just stared into the floor.]
[ she stared at the other for a moment, before sitting up again. ]

[It's sort of.. late at night. Around 8 PM, but it's a weekend, so it's whatever. Ruth knocks on Roxy's front door.]

"The closest one in Clivesdale. I know we..very much hate those guys, but it’s only to get out of this crazy fucking town."

"..I, uh... I just got an E-mail. Haven't opened it yet, but- I- I applied to the same one, and then also one in New York. Which-- I know is a stretch, but I just thought- With the right training, I could.. get to broadway. But- I heard the one in clivesdale has a nice theatre programme aswell.."

[She unlocked it and navigated her homescreen to find her E-Mails, her hands trembling. She clicked on the little envelope Icon and clicked on the most recent one. She carefully read through it, her eyes scanning over the text multiple times.]
[ Roxy sits up and waits, squeezing Ruth’s hand. ]

[She stops in her tracks, her eyes widening a bit. She looks at Roxy.]
