Some days, he supposed, weren’t going to be as productive as he would like. Yelling wouldn’t get them going anywhere, he knew that, and he wouldn’t yell but he still had a job to do. So he couldn’t really just let Dasom go home for the day. “You can take a break if you need to, and we can re-group,” Ohkyung said as he looked over at Dasom. “But yes, we’ll need to run through it again.”
now that he officially told her that they could take a break, dasom slouched back against the wall with a sigh. “can we order food while taking a break? i was thinking fried chicken would be nice, and i’ll pay and everything,” she suggested, placing a hand over her stomach as if to feign being starving. really, it was just something to distract from having to return to practicing. her voice sounded fine and it wasn’t like liberty was going to be giving burnout a comeback any time soon.
