“Nothing’s wrong with the other side of the bed, I just wanted food.” Jason laughed in return before giving Luca a quick peck on the lips and sitting up beside him on the bed. “Of course I care, what kind of a boyfriend would I be if I didn’t?”

“then why did you climb over me then?” luca said after returning the kiss without a complaint. “i dunno, a bad one?”

“part of me’s glad i’m not a full idol. a lot less people try to touch me at airports and i’m okay with that.”

Jason looked surprised when he looked down at Luca, the other grabbing his wrist had certainly caught him off guard and he almost shouted out of surprise. “I was just going to the kitchen to get something to eat…” He mumbled as he stayed in his position. “Uh… Did you sleep okay last night? I heard you wake up a few times.”

“what’s wrong with the other side of the bed?” luca asked, an eyebrow raised. “you just want to be on top of me, don’t you?” he let out an airy laugh before nodding his head, “i was fine - i just had to use the bathroom a lot. had too much to drink last night. cute to see you care though.”

Waking up with another person in his bed was a new concept to Jason, in fact being in a relationship was a new concept to him as well. Sure he’d known Luca forever before they became an item, but he’d never slept in the same bed as him. So naturally it came as a surprise to see the other in his bed when he woke up until he remembered that Luca had decided to crash at Jason’s apartment since they got home so late last night.

Deciding to let the other sleep, Jason tried itching his way over top of Luca to get out of the bed so he could go to the kitchen.

getting a boyfriend had been a score for luca, getting a boyfriend out of the guy he’d been friends with for years was even better and, getting to sleep in the same bed with him early on was the cherry on top. their night had ended later than expected and he didn’t feel like going all the way back to reset’s dorms and sleeping with jason seemed to be the easier (and better) option.

being a light sleeper, luca felt the bed dip a little and, seeing jason above him, he grabbed his arm and tilted his head the best he could. “where’re you going?”
