Decided to try out my new Knee Wraps I got for my Birthday. I did work up to 180kg for a single or double, I can’t really remember but the Wraps psyched me out a bit as I need to get used to them. So I went back down to 140kg and then 160kg. This first clip is 160kg for a triple, I thought the first two went up pretty well, with the 3rd not being as good as I would have liked but that’s okay. Swipe right ➡️ Here I got 140kg for 6. The first 4 went up pretty well with the last 2 lacking a bit of speed and movement. Overall, a pretty good session in terms of poundage, lacked intensity but the strength is there which is what I want. (at Totally Fit Gym)
