Before hating the animation was so beautiful and smooth the artist really did an amazing job it's just the writing

They could've had an ep where they're like opening to eachother or like caine using tactics to force them to be honest about their opinions on his adventures and they slip out their backstories idkk we didn't get ANYTHING

I thought we were getting more lore about c&a stuff and genuinely expected phycological horror elements and alot of selfguilt(there was a lil) but it switched to i have no idea what it shifted into i can't say that was too angsty or like too wholesome and omgg what is this pacing.

Okay so the SOMA theory(wasn't really a fan of it) was confirmed and from what i understand scratch probably made it bc he knew the tumor would've killed him and made the circus and run the copy of his mind there for it to keep going after his death, and basically everyone's a copy of their irl counterpart.

It kinda removed all of my sympathy for the characters if theyre copies they aren't real and seeing their irl version not even knowing eachother or that they had countless adventures together, like on hand "yayyy kinger n queenie are living happily with their kids", but really thought that they remember and still have a bond with eachother..

BUT STILL ALL THIS "CHARACTER BUILDING" AND EVERYTHING WAS FOR NOTHING!!?
