Zero Calorie Foods!
Essentially the meaning in zero calorie foods is that the calorie amount in the food you’re consuming is so minimal that the energy you use to chew and digest, basically cancels out the calorie intake. With this in mind, the basic human action that you do such as walking, cleaning - just basic movements will contribute in the loss of those calories.
If your intention is to CORRECTLY calorie count, the term correctly is bolded as many “diet” mishaps occur because you may believe that what you are ingesting is only this amount of calories, when realistically it is in fact way more. For example. Someone tells you that a Big Mac is only 265 calories and you note it down and you go for a run and you lay waste to 320 calories. And you get super excited. But really. You’ve got a crapload left as well as the fact that you consumed a Big Mac thinking it was somewhat low calorie and definitely not high in fat or contained empty kilojoules etc.
No way am I saying I am endorsing calorie counting or minimalistic eating but if you do ensue this way of eating, there is nothing withholding you from introducing exercise.
