I think the original owner may have been disabled because the left rear seat pivots forward & sideways right up to the doorway. Photos of the car, which is currently for sale in the New York metro area, show this unusual feature.

This is utterly gorgeous. A 1937 Rolls Royce 20/25 Sedanca three position Drophead Coupé by Hooper. Fabulous colour and a beautiful shape.
