I'm so up and down lately it's a little bit crazy.

Monday night was the second worst night of my life in terms of mental health and being a danger to myself.

Tonight I'm just feeling very lonely, I'll go through phases of feeling lonely every now and then but I'm a very affectionate person. Cuddling and hand holding and being close with someone, sometimes is really cool.
