Sometimes I don't think casca loves guts as much as he loves her. He does everything for her and she does nothing for him.

Lol I mean…

Casca basically gave herself to Guts as a response to him being supportive of her and her feelings.

Another thing I wanna point out: when Guts does something for Casca, it’s usually to make up for his mistakes, e.g.

Casca accuses Guts of only caring for swinging his sword => Guts tries to safe his men when he first encounters Zodd

Guts leaves the hawks, triggering their downfall => Guts helps Casca to rescue Griffith

Guts goes on a rampage for 2 years, leaving Casca behind => Guts makes sure Casca is safe (even from himself), gets her sanity back along the way

Surely Guts a very giving man but y’know, there’s a reason why he does that. He strives to do better and undo the things he’s done wrong. In my understanding of things, you (Casca) don’t necessarily owe anyone anything who’s trying to make up for something they (Guts) did wrong. But, knowing Casca, she’ll want to protect Guts just as much as he protected her anyways. Cuz ya know, basically this:
