I fell off my routine because, well life things, but I’m sharing this because I never want to appear like I am perfect or keep it all together at all times. I literally am forcing myself to routine back on myself because I don’t feel good without it and I’m “forcing” it because the life stuff happening has been a lot and I am pushing myself into my headspace. My point here is, it’s okay to to fall out of rhythm sometimes, and it doesn’t erase the version of you that was showing up before. It just means you’re human and responding to what life is asking of you in that moment. And it’s also okay to choose yourself again. I know what helps me feel clear, grounded, and like myself again, so I’m returning to it. Routine isn’t about control. It’s about support. And sometimes the most grounded thing you can do is rebuild it slowly and without waiting to “feel ready.” You don’t have to be perfectly consistent to be someone who is committed to themselves 💗
