According to macrotrends.net, Mercedes annual revenue for 2023 was $165.828B, and BMW's annual revenue for 2023 was $168.296B. The key differentiator that generates BMW the most revenue between Mercedes, and Audi is their M division. Their M division is the top of the line performance vehicles that BMW has to offer. If you were interested in the 4-series and you wanted to get the top of the line model, you would go with the M4 Competition x-drive. BMW is known for their M cars. If you wanted to buy a sports car for under a $100,000 with great reliability, performance, and luxury you would buy an M car. More specifically an M3, M4, or M5. BMW M performance has become so popular over the recent years due to social media. Platforms such as Instagram, Tik- Tok, and Youtube have popularized the cars so much BMW do not have to do the marketing themselves. Countless people have created professional blogs such as bimmerpost.com and bmwblog.com to highlight important updates and news from BMW. The connected effect has been utilized to perfection from users on Tik Tok. People post their BMW's on there and then people with the same model or a similar model follow them and become connected simply because of a car. Youtube has very well utilized the information effect. Considering Youtube is more long form content (with the exception of Youtube Shorts), more in depth content and reviews have been created to highlight BMW's. Digital Marketing has made tremendous strides, especially with social media emerging and developing. BMW's rarely has to advertise their cars anymore because the consumers advertise them so well.

My brand is an automotive manufacturer founded in 1916. It is a product based business because they sell cars and automobiles to the public. BMW has a sustainable competitive advantage over other automotive manufactures because of their history and reputation. BMW has great customer excellence, prioritizing their customers and supporters, and making sure they feel heard. The manufacture also has tremendous product excellence, because they have been producing high-quality cars and motorcycles for the past 100 years. They have a significant product line, ranging from regular vehicles like the 330i and 740i, to more powerful and car enthusiast models like the M2 and M4. There are based in Germany and their corporate headquarters is in Munich, Germany. BMW has approximately 155,000 employees according to macrotrends.net. BMW's mission statement is "The BMW Group is the world's largest leading provider of premium products and premium services for individual mobility" according to LiveAbout and CliffNotes. BMW is not owned by a parent company. It is important to know that even though BMW's are nice cars they do some drawbacks. Some of the drawbacks are reliability and poor designs in recent years. The revenue that was generated from 2024 was approximately $153.16 billion dollars which was a decrease of about 9% from 2023 which was approximately $168.86 billion, according to macrotrends.net.

Post: 1 BMW

I chose BMW because the brand has always been special to me. Growing up I have always wanted one because of how they look and especially because the history behind the brand. Founded in the early 1900's, BMW varies from motorcycles and cars, more involved with cars. BMW has become more popular over the years especially known for their M models such as the F82/G82 M4, E36/46 M3, and f87 M2.
