My experience with𓂃
Desired Appearance ⋆
a LOA thread.
𝟷. First of all ⤵︎
In 2023, I began the actual process of manifesting my desired appearance. Even though I had been part of the LOA community long before that, I decided to address something that had always bothered me. And of course, why not use the Law of Assumption?
I started seeing endless videos from multiple LOA creators on.. TikTok. I’m not going to say it didn’t help me at all. Well, in a way, some things were useful. But still, it’s not the best place to learn. What’s more, back then, the content and creators were more limited and less diverse. Which, in reality, only made things worse for my “beginner’s” mindset.
I eventually realized that the 3D was something difficult to change, and that it required effort and specific techniques. That’s when I started trying out various subliminal messages and methods, which, at a certain point, became exhausting to keep trying so many techniques. So, after many “tries”, and no results, I ended up taking a break. For two years.
𝟸. Things started changing.
After these past two years, I heard someone on TikTok mention Twitter as a great study tool. So I decided to check it out. I’m so glad I did.
I learnt a lot of useful things, like the 3D is just a reflex of our minds. And, that we actually don’t need multiple methods to manifest things. I really reccomend Twitter if you want to learn about LOA further, or improve your journey (even if our journeys are 100% personal).
But, I’ve had a lot of doubts. And that’s completely normal. Don’t panic if you don’t know what to do—you won’t always have an answer. And that’s okay. But don’t think all is lost, and don’t let doubt get the better of you. Take a deep breath, and remember that you’re in control. Nothing can stand in the way of something that’s already yours. It took me a while to understand this, but once you realize that NOTHING can stand in your way—no doubt, no emotion—everything started to flow more smoothly.
Stil. I took me a good amount of time to figure that out. I had a lot of doubts and questions. And I thought that would hold me back—and it did. I was skeptical of the idea of the physical body as a mere reflection, and I had a really hard time treating it as something irrelevant and unreal. So, after reading almost every thread on Twitter, I decided to go to Tumblr. And I identified much more with the content here.
And that’s when things REALLY started to change. I let go of the complexity of the law, because I don’t believe that the LOA has to be something extremely philosophical and complicated. On Tumblr, I noticed the simplicity of the posts, and practically all my questions were answered. The law is graceful and simple, and it shouldn’t become a burden that consumes you.
𝟹. Finally!
Straight to the point now: I did manifest my desired appearance. Yay! After.. months of pure agony (this is the best way to describe it). It wasn't some grand spectacle with angels playing harps and shooting stars streaking across the sky. No. It was actually quite quiet. I know that, after a long journey filled with many frustrations, we hope for something extraordinary to happen—for fireworks to light up the sky the moment our wish manifests in the “3D” world—but, at least for me, it was far from that.
Still! I wouldn’t play the Good Samaritan and pretend it wasn’t something that made me EXTREMELY happy. Of course it did! There were no fireworks or angels, but there were certainly leaps of joy.
Well, you could ask me the usual questions, like: How did you do that? How long did it take? What methods did you use? And I can’t answer any of them with total accuracy. As I mentioned earlier, our journey is 100% personal and individual. Even if you take advice from others, even if others help you, see how it still revolves around YOU? So, as unfortunate as that may sound, only you can chart your own course.
I can only say that things started to fall into place when I realized that we are not the thinking mind, but rather the one who observes the mind. We are the ones who assign significance to each thought and feeling. And, more importantly, we are not the physical body. We are merely the consciousness that enables it to exist. Perhaps you struggle with time, with your feelings, or with doubts, but remember: nothing can take away from you what is already yours.
𝟺. Outcome.
After all that, once the results were in, I noticed several differences in my daily life—and in some more unusual areas—that, in some ways, really bother me.
For example, people treat you much better depending on what you look like. And that upsets me. People obviously shouldn’t be treated so differently just for being who they are.
But despite everything, it’s amazing to feel good about yourself and not hate your body. And for that, you don’t necessarily have to be good-looking. Just having a healthy self-image makes you feel better about yourself. This isn’t just about your appearance, but about who you are as a person, too. I’m really happy with how things have turned out, and I can’t wait to share more success stories with LOA. And, above all, to help those who have once been in a state of inner turmoil. After all, I’ve been there too.
I hope my story has served as motivation for you, the reader, so that you don’t give up. The law of assumption is capable of bringing about incredible things, and without you, nothing can happen on its own. So, no matter how much things seem to be completely out of place, in absolute chaos, don’t let yourself be overcome by despair. Of course, I’m not saying you should become a robot without feelings. Quite the opposite! Feel, express yourself, let it all out, but above all, don’t take those feelings as your own, and don’t let yourself be swept into a spiral of doubt and negativity. Know that these feelings and thoughts have NO power whatsoever unless YOU determine that they do.
quick disclaimer: This is my first blog post here. Yay! So, if anything looks or sounds a little off, please don’t mind—I’m still learning how to use this. I hope you enjoyed the thread ◝(ᵔᗜᵔ)◜
