Prinxiety Week Day 2: Museum

In all his years, Ollivander could never have expected such a sight; it should be jarring. A hall, as big as 2 ballrooms, filled to the brim with statues and paintings of men that shared a face eerily similar to yours, and yet he could feel nothing but the strange pang of familiarity in his chest.

When he first heard it, he was suspicious of the myth of the creative God's reincarnated lover, yet as he stood in the room, he couldn't find it in himself to cling to any lingering skepticism. It was strange, but at least Ollivander knew that the rumors of the king god's statues and paintings of his lover seemed to be true. One curiosity sates while another grows.

AKA: A prinxiety au Skye and I made where Roman is a God king (A god whose domain is a mortal kingdom) of creativity that has a Lover, Virgil, who is reincarnated every century as per a deal Roman made with the god of death made in desperation. Virgil has half of Roman's heart, literally, so when they're apart, Roman's extremely vulnerable and functions with half of his godhood, thus making him Killable (And many people would like to kill a God).

I may have seen reincarnation in the prompts and blacked out and applied it to other prompts HAHA

Virge doesn't stand up for Logan efficiently because Virge doesn't quite grasp the difference between being respected as a function vs as a person.

Like... most of Virgil's existence was his function and person both being attacked and devalued. After Accepting Anxiety, his function and person were both respected and valued simultaneously. Virgil wasn't taught to view them differently. To him, if your function is valid, then your person is valid. If your function is invalid, then your entire self is invalid and reprehensible. There's no tangible difference between the two for him.

So Virge snaps at the others to listen to Logan when Logan explains things and provides the logical perspective. He validates Logan's function... without realizing that Logan's person is still being neglected.
