Anxiety attacks aren’t always hyperventilating and rocking back and forth

Anxiety attacks can take different forms, such as:

Unpredictable bouts of rage or irritability

Nit-pickiness (obsessive behavior, which may be a part of OCD), and even a hypersensitivity to disarray, chaos, or any sort of change

Fast-talking, stuttering, stumbling over words

Not talking at all

Sitting rigid, staring into space, almost seeming “zoned out”

Understanding the way our or other’s anxiety works can help to decrease the stigma and help to calm a person faster and get them out of that state. These are just a few, but it gives an idea of the range in which attacks can come.

Plot where Muse A leaves their diary in the school library. Muse B picks it up and brings it home, mistaking it for one of their books. Muse B is intrigued and reads all about Muse A’s secrets and personal details. However, Muse B feels guilty after for knowing so much and sets out to find the owner of the diary. When Muse B finally finds Muse A, he/she doesn’t give the diary back to them at first. Instead, they start a friendship, knowing all about Muse A. They are so gracious and kind to Muse A, that Muse A ever expects a thing and falls in love with Muse B. Muse B finds out all about Muse A’s life events and even their crushes. In the end, Muse A gets their journal back to find a new page has been filled out by Muse B. That page changes everything.

Rowan is an extremely educated and outspoken person for her age and was actually named Feminist of the year along w Amandla Stenberg

and she just says and posts some risky shit for someone who’s on a Disney show but I never in a million years thought she would come out even if i had some hopes of a young Disney star coming out while still on the network, i did not think it would happen, realistically. but she just flippin did it less than 2 hours ago via twitter. and she did it so casually i feel like maybe my fever is affecting my brain and im hallucinating??

Girl Meets World just had an episode about feminism and became the firt disney show to have a character self proclaim themselves as a feminist, i’ve got my fingers crossed for it to be the first disney show with main characters part of the queer community.

I feel the exact same way. Rowan is also a woman of color and the fact that she is knowledgable at such a young age is something I won’t stop championing. She knows the difference between main stream and intersectional and has been vocal about it a numerous amount of times.

I’m very much here for this new generation of young WOC setting example for their fans and future generations, heck even some adults.
