You are a legendary blacksmith, sought out for your ability to fix anything. Talking swords, obsidian breastplates, staves made of crystal, daggers forged from dragon scales, you've done it all. The real challenge today is a young hero asking you to fix what they call their 'plot armor'.
And there are a couple of pages that are just a monologue from the blacksmith to the writer fixing the problem
Two people laughing in the dark sitting together. "You know, it's been nice talking to you for however long I have left before you drink my blood." "Wait, you realized I was a vampire?"
You are so pale I can see your skin in the dark and you didn't notice although my mirror is behind me bc it has a silver back, so yeah I kinda noticed, bioluminiscent dude.
"So if you win the duel, you get to take her on a date." They both nodded. "And if she wins the duel, she gets to take you on a date." They both nodded. "So why don't you both just... Skip that and go on a date?" They both glared.
She knows he's kinda broke and he wants to be a gentleman. So this duel is about who gets pay the check.
She glares at the man standing in front of her "he's stupid"
"I'm trying to be kind" he replies and then whispers "because I love you"
She blushes
"So if you win the duel, you get to take her on a date." They both nodded. "And if she wins the duel, she gets to take you on a date." They both nodded. "So why don't you both just... Skip that and go on a date?" They both glared.

A goddess needed a hero from our world to save her world, she didn't wanted to make her fellow goddesses mistakes and pick a random highschool student or otaku, so instead, she summoned a forth a world champion powerlifter and bodybuilder.
She didn't realise that he was a bit dumb but super sweet so through the Power of friendship (this is imperative) he saves the goddess es world.
The hero is fighting a powerful, but strangely erratic, evil wizard. He has him on the ropes, when a younger wizard shows up, sets everything to right, and apologizes for his grandfather, who has dementia. The hero ends up helping the younger wizard care for his grandfather.
I'd love it if it turned from action to a slice of life. That would be sooooo cute
In the new house you found a secret door with a staircase going deep down, which physically could not be there. And a note: "DO NOT GO DOWN." Fifty years later, living out a lonely and sad old age, you decided that you had nothing left to lose anyway.
You then find an embarrassing amount of self portraits of the previous owner's wife and an embarrassed ghost that due to his obsession with his now ex cannot cross to the other side peacefully

Not a Sidekick
But imagine if it was the stereo typical story until halfway through and afterwards the "hero" gets kidnapped and the sidekick battles between going on a second adventure they really don't want (because this is years later so they are not their responsibility and this may or may not be related to the first quest (fundir if it is not)).
Bonus: it's a comedy that parodises the stereo types and clichés in hero adventures.

The best thing about writing is forgetting you are just putting words on a page, and not actually painting a world from your mind.

Unfortunately, you were born with too small of a mana reserve to do magic. That's not going to stop you from learning the theory to the letter, though.
Then I'll work on potions. I think they should work with mana put into them, so I can just keep It boiling until I have finished recollecting and putting in the mana required. This would act as a magic reserve and let me bé as capable as others.
