@sad-gerry
something is wrong with my phone, my friends won’t reply to my texts
'Since conscience normally awakens in guilt in the sense that a troubled conscience is usually our first indication of its existence, it is clear that an important function of guiltiness is to make us aware of our selves. Whatever his response, the person the who hears the call of conscience is aware of freedom in the form of a choice. He could have performed differently than he did; an act of his might have been different. The whole realm of the potential in human action is opened to him and with it the fateful recognition that he is in charge of his own course.'
according to my wife every single person she knows tells her i come across as judgemental, stoic, quiet, unsettling. this does not match the image i have of myself, and i've gotten feedback from others such as: i'm delightful to talk to, i'm easy-going, that i care when other people don't, and that it seems like the only emotion i express strongly is excitement. two days ago i was visiting west virginia and i took a moment to explore giving looks of scorn and derision in the rear-view mirror.
planning to ask out a coworker.
i suppose i want more attention.
I invented my version of deity yoga, but with guys like Sisyphus and Atlas instead of Buddhas, and prolonged physical ordeals instead of sitting down on a mat.

my mental health could always be better, but i do think it's quite good to have gone from wanting to die all the time to expecting to live to 200.
my consititution renders me highly susceptible to the negative and positive health impacts of puzzles and conundrums.
