Okay so this huge bowl of oats is only 300 calories and a great way to break a fast without binging because it makes you soo full. half cup of skinned diced apples, half cup of dry oats, teaspoon of brown sugar, and a tablespoon of peanutbutter. I added zero calorie sweetner too and it was soo yummy
These are just for me! Stay save!
Food rules :
No sugar(including honey, candy, chocolate)
No cheese
No ham
No fried food
No chips
No bread, pasta, pastries etc
No eating when alone
No eating when unnecessary
One vegetable or fruit every day
OMAD(One meal a day)
At least one 48hour fast per week
4 liters of water per day
3 cups green/ginger tea
Stay 50cals under your limit
Workout :
12km walked per day
Arm, Abs, Butt and Leg workout every day except when fasting
MUST burn everything eaten
Before eating :
Spend 15minute on Tumblr
Do a Body check
Watch a meanspo YouTube video(Amberlyn Reid, My 600lb life etc)
Drink a cup of water or tea
Count the calories
Listen to an ed song (would recommend ElysianSoul)
Drink one more cup of water or tea
Now eat!
Back on the fasting train!!!!!!

130kcal for an ENTIRE chocolate cake
If you’ve already seen this recipe on MPA, it’s because I posted it there a while back. Anyway, here it is:
Ingredients
20g all-purpose flour (72.8)
10g cocoa powder (22.8)
2 egg whites (34)
40g allulose (14)*
Total Calories: 143.6kcal
*You can, of course, use zero-calorie sweetener if you’d like. The resulting cake will be 129.6kcal.
Instructions
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add in the allulose in 2-3 stages, mixing well between each addition. Continue to beat to form stiff peaks.
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder, being careful not to knock out too much air from the meringue.
Put the batter into a cake tin, flatten out the surface (or don’t and get an ugly cake), and bake in a preheated, 170˚C oven for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven but leave the cake in there for 10 more minutes.

I bought those really low cal noodles at the Asian market but even there they were to expensive.. But a whole bag is 10 cals but eating with those is gonna break my bank man.. So zuccini noodles it is..
