Mikael looked over to where the voice came from, the heat radiating from the latte that was in hand, he had hoped he could grab a cup and be on his way— he had an important day of doing absolutely jack shit. How much longer could he stay here with nothing to do when there was literally nothing for him to do.
This had to be the most god damn boring town he’d ever passed through, and he’d been through some shitholes. But here he sat completely and utterly in shock that this place could be any more boring until he heard her speak. Wow, who would knowingly want to go there.
‘‘Not really my kinda’ thing, love.’‘ Mikael chirped back ‘‘I haven’t been in town long enough to decide if I like it yet, let alone try anything out.’‘ And it was the truth, every time he went somewhere right now, it was pretty much a brand new experience. Each day was an adventure, one which he was already bored of.
‘‘What I can appreciate is the exercise behind it, however, I’d much rather be stooped in my own vomit from a night out at the shit hole known as Pryzm than be doing somethin’ like that in the winter when it’s fuckin’ freezin’.’‘ Mikael stated, brows furrowed and a concerned look etched onto his features, lips parted in utter disbelief.
‘‘Now a shootin’ range is definitely something I’d rather be doing.’‘
“Oh, fair enough.” Sadie-Grace hummed, nodding gently. It definitely wasn’t everyone’s thing, she could understand that. Not everyone enjoyed having their feet so far off the ground, or even enjoyed that kind of physical activity for fun. If Sadie tackled it, it would definitely wipe her out, but it seemed worth the effort. The pictures they put up on their business paged looked amazing.
“It’s probably not the most tourist-y thing to do.” She replied when he mentioned he was new to town. The tours and whatnot were probably a bit more fitting. ---Or having a huge night out, apparently. Sadie could only nod a little at that. She didn’t really drink that much herself, never to excess either. “---I’ll have to take a pass on the shooting.” That definitely wasn’t her thing.
