(Good gods how long has it been since I’ve been here? Over a year? I am sooo sorry. Ehe. Well I’m making an attempt to bring Seymour back! I still love him so much so yeah. I’m making some changes and coming back.)

My father… I loved him. So I… I will live with my sorrow. I will live my own life! I will defeat sorrow, in his place. I will stand my ground and be strong. I don’t know when it will be but someday, I will conquer it. And I will do it without f a l s e h o p e.

yuna, the high summoner
"I can't see anything? Seymour?" Hinata blindly reached out for the man she had grown to known and trust, she couldn't remember the layout of the room exactly as she walked in calling for him in the blackness she saw. "Seymour!"
He heard her panicked cry from across the room. Can’t…see anything? This wasn’t good. He hurried to her side and gently took her hand. “I’m right here, Hinata. What’s the matter?”
Hinata furrowed her eyebrow. “Are you going to stay there with me?” Hinata knew this was unlikely as Seymour had his own responsibilities to take care of but she didn’t know what she was going to do.. not being able to see was freaking her out. Hinata had training when she was younger without being able to see but this place didn’t have the same chakra wavelengths so it was different..
He was silent a moment as he thought. "I will go with you but I must bring this to the attention of the other Maesters. I will stay long enough for you to settle in. Is that alright?" Hinata's well being was always his top priority.

A blue eyebrow lifted. What on earth? “Um, Hinata? What’s this?”
Hinata gave him a cheeky grin “But it was more fun to make you guess for a second.”
The mage chuckled. “Well, you did a good job.”
Hinata smiled and adjusted the collar on him a bit. “Good.”
He caught her hand before she could pull it away and tugged her a bit closer. Seymour pulled her hand up to his lips and placed a kiss to the back of it. "At least I know you have good taste."

A small frown formed on his face. “Jase, what are you doing?”
He shook his head with another chuckle. “Again, silly boy.”
"I did it cause I don’t like sharing," The little angel said rather bluntly, but it was true, he always had sucked at sharing.
A slight smirk crossed his face this time. "What gave you the idea that someone else is after my love?"
"Mother," the teen aged Guado walked up to her, "you never told me about this necklace." Stexen lifted the small trinket gently. "Father says he I need to ask you about it." His father, Maester Seymour, was out in the city at the moment.
Sophie gave her son a small sad smile when shown the necklace that changed her life. “That necklace is what brought me here, and how I met your father. Are you curious about it enough now Stexen?”
"Is it? I thought it’d be a more powerful item…" He looked down slightly at his mother. "Will you tell me more?"
Sophie blinked “It is a very powerful item, and you are not going to tinker with it Stexen. I will tell you more. The land i’m from is called Ingary, it’s a vast land I was the oldest of three. There that was awful luck, I ended up running my family’s hat shop until a witch cursed me.”
"Ehehe, s-sorry." Letting go of the necklace, he put up his hands in surrender as it gently hit his chest. He tilted his head at this new information on his mother. "Cursed? Is that why your hair is white?"
Sophie nodded and smiled “Yes, it was once brown, the witch cursed me to be age 80-90 years old, because a wizard named Howl saved me from a couple of jerks and she got jealous. I couldn’t stay at my house being the age I was, so I went in search of the wizard Howl.”
"A wizard? You mean a mage like father?" Stexen hadn't heard that term before. Much like his father, he had a thirst for knowledge on things new to him.

A small frown formed on his face. “Jase, what are you doing?”
"It looks good, and matches your eyes.."
The priest chuckled and shook his head. “Silly boy.”
Jase grinned a bit, “Yeah.” He smiled and reached up trying to adjust the collar some.
He watched the smaller male as he fixed the collar. “So, was that your only reasoning for putting this on me?”
"Uhhh, not really," he said grinning sheepishly up at the taller.
He shook his head with another chuckle. "Again, silly boy."
" And this is why I don't want to stay anymore."
"Really? After all that you’ve seen me do? This is the one thing that makes you leave?”
Hinata looked up at him. “I won’t, I won’t leave. Please…. if you have trouble bringing something up… tell me?”
"I can only try… Please understand that…" He prayed she would listen to him. She was the only thing he had left now.
Hinata nodded. “Alright.. as long as you try.”
Seymour gave a small nod. He was silent then took her wrist and pulled her into him. The mage held her tight, not wanting her to slip away.
Hinata wrapped her arms around him and leaned her head on his chest. She really did hate arguing with him.
His eyes slipped closed as he held her against him. Seymour really didn't want to lose someone else he actually loved.

Hinata felt herself turn red a little and looked down. “It’s to show that your with me.”
The Guado chuckled. “Oh, you need not worry about that. But I will wear it for you.”
Hinata smiled slightly looking back up at him a bit embarrassed. “Alright.”
He chuckled softly and kissed her head. "You could have asked you know."
