i’m not shy it’s just my anxiety

Just now i say to less words, idk what i should say..

Immer wieder kommen die Ängste hoch, dass ich Menschen nerve und abschrecke.

Stress von allen Seiten, doch statt Verständnis nur noch mehr Stress.

Ich bin müde. Auf jede erdenkliche Art und Weise.

An manchen Tagen fühlt es sich an, als würde alles um einen herum zusammenbrechen.
