Alpha and Omega (2010) is a weird movie because i was the perfect target audience for it as a canine-obsessed 7-year-old and yet hated it with a passion. i will say that on re-watch as an Adult it honestly was not AS cringe of an experience, somehow.

i watched the movie with friends and tried to convince them to binge the sequels as well, but for some unknown reason they refused.

it's mid but it's fun to think about what it could have been if it was good! there's enough interesting ideas in the sequels, even though they're mostly handled really badly and the whole alpha/omega thing is never properly explained and the dinosaur time travel is really stupid and the pups are ugly as hell. i didn't grab onto it as a kid, probably because i had superior dog/wolf tv shows/movies accessible to me and i hated 3D for some reason.
