wooo hello everybody ! looong time no see i’m sorry for the shitty posting schedule i haven’t posted here since about april but i’ve been posting regularly on my hair instagram if u wanna see what’s been up ! now my 20th birthday was yesterday and my locs are also now 11 months old ! :D i’m so thankful for every day that i live and see and smell and grow ! i had the best birthday ever and there’s many more to come. Also y’all my hair is like officially shoulder length ! i looove it it feels like a fresh silk press all the time cause last time my hair was straightened it was about the length it is now that it’s locd which is such growth ! i put some pictures from month 1 at the bottom to compare !

hey y’all happy june and happy pride month!🏳️‍🌈 it’s been a while since i posted so i wanna give a few updates firstly as u may recall i posted that i had added 5 new locs well i reworked them probably twice over and this is what i ended up with👇🏽

i put 2 good size locs on each side as shown on this side and y’all im sooo happy with them they’re so solid and loccing up so fast 😅 i didn’t wanna settle for something that i’d just have to combine later on quality over quantity my friends !

Next update is: 🥁🥁🥁🥁 my locs turn 6 months tomorrow !! 🥳😄🥳🥳 i can’t believe how quickly we got here ! im so excited to do my 6 month retwist tonight ( or tomorrow ya girl be tired) because it’s like over night so many of my locs have gotten so stiff and the 2 strand has really diminished this is the most fun i’ve ever had watching my hair grow and i’m so thankful for anybody who supports the process !

as promised here’s the good and the bad of april 😅 im sorry it’s been soooo long since i posted here if u don’t know i also post on insta @/ebb.andgrow a little moe frequently be patient with me ya girl is always at work !😂 anyways y’all i am feeling so in tune and connected with myself i live for the clarity and optimism may always brings 🥰 hope u all are doing well and have been enjoying the beautiful change of seasons 🫶🏽.

last night i added 5 new locs ! my edges by my ear had 1 loc each with huge parts so i split them up into 3 on one side and 2 on the other. my locs have went from 59 to 64 and im so so happy with that number ! and the fullness that i see near my ears now ! it looks balanced and full. in other news all my locs except the 5 new ones have buds !🌱

now ! finally we’re all caught up to 3 months , im in the super frizzy period of my journey not to mention right after my month 2 i went to a water park and rinsed that whole retwist out so i’ll drop some before pics for sure. im super happy with how this months retwist turned out i’ll drop some more info on that in another post but for now here goes

i will say that for my first 2 months i was using a sort of wax gel to retwist as well as clips which i have since discontinued use of becuasw i noticed it leaves build up in my hair and the clips tend to rip little strands of hair so take that as u will , here’s

hi ! and welcome to my blog ! here’s some pics of my day one hair this is my second set of locs i started 1 set in the summer and had them for about 4 months before i combed them out because i wanted to make my parts straighter and my locs bigger in general. im in love with this set they’re my babies ! more recent pics to come soon❤️
