Honestly my best advice is finding something you like a lot and draw stuff related to that, it not only makes learning easier but since ur drawing stuff u like it will also make the experience fun

as for the actual learning part I personally started finding pics online i liked (people, other's art, pieces of media etc) and tried to replicate what I saw! Replicating is a good way of learning something and is not as tedious as filling your brain with tutorials and stuff (I do recommend going through that if you want to get into the art basics like anatomy and allat, but if u only want to draw for fun you can do wtv u want LOL) Overall practce and consistency is key, just be free and have fun while doing it :D
