i met c yesterday for the first time, in person:

we only knew eachother through email and zoom like a weird pen pal relationship but i actually got to see them in person. they were still extremely charming and they laughed at my jokes and we shared anecdotes about our lives and friends. honestly, we only touched on art briefly even though that was our main similarity and what brought us together. they invited me to a recent gallery installation for us to go to together. after we parted ways, i called my friends to confide in them and help figure out what the hell the situation is- whether it’s romantic or professional. they can’t tell, i can’t tell. they’re older so i wasn’t going in assuming romantic relations. if anything, i was doting on mentorship. i thought i would achieve more clarity after meeting with them but if anything, i have more questions.

.) top three worst moments would be my previous answer of just not being mentally there. i dont really have anything too detrimental really. maybe when they let me turn in my paper late-i hate seeming like i can’t do things. thirdly, anytime i looked like garbage on zoom and they had to witness that.

.) first would be whenever they would call me out during class to discuss biblical art or identify subjects in a scene- they knew im a walking Bible dictionary (im not religious though). second, whenever they recommended me a textbook and when i read it, we talked endlessly. third, when they invited me for coffee. the third is yet to happen but the invitation alone was thrilling

6. what is something you regret doing around them?

oof this ones hard. i think the thing i regret the most is falling asleep during class when my mental health was at an all time low. i would have my camera and mic off and just doze off. granted, i had my reasons but i just want them to know that it wasn’t because class was boring. if they even think anything of it.

.)my favorite physical thing about them is cheesy but it’s their eyes. they have these wild green eyes that somehow absorb everything that’s being presented to them. when they look at me i feel safe but also so intimidated and i think it’s so cool how their eyes alone can do that.

.) the age gap is uncertain but maximum would be 10 years. nothing extreme or illegal because we’re both adults but it’s where the morals start getting muddy.

.)their go to hairstyle is literally just throwing it up in any way possible. they have long unruly curls and they’ll keep it out of their face by the means of a pencil, hairbrush, and whatever they can find. it’s charming
