My first post could be about wavelength, 1967.
Wavelength is an acid trip that feels like a steady movie way more than a steady movie that feels like an acid trip, on a clear mind you struggle to understand what it's all about, as you're supposed to be a furniture in an empty room, lines? No lines, soundtrack? A piece of Strawberry Fields Forever that plays in a comfy, slightly distorted speaker for about a minute, you can also hear cars and trucks outside the window as the viewer slowly (extremely slowly) zooms into one picture that's hanging on the wall, sirens and everything outside are shadowed by the lack of all things that we usually expect from a movie...
It is audacious and trippy, but unique enough to be watched by anyone who's up to the challenge, also, IMDB gives it 5.6, which means there might be worse movies out there.
