I was in a drawing contest with a bunch of the players at the GP.  They gave us 60 seconds to draw Liliana of the Veil from memory.  Mine was just nigh-bursting cartoon cleavage vehemently protesting their containment in a dress.

But I didn’t get a picture of that.  So let’s pretend I did this instead.

Here I am with my yearly post, after Lucca Comics and Games here in Italy.

Minion #173/Ascended #22 and I went to meet the Man himself, but I’ll leave the details to our “official” report, which will be posted soon (or maybe has already been posted, I don’t know right now :P). I’ll just say that it’s been, as usual, an awesome experience!

I’m sharing with all of you some goods I managed to acquire for my collection. A Thalia, Guardian of Thraben print, which went in my favorite arts top 4 instantly, when it was spoiled! I really really love it (and her <3)!

And then I got some shiny foils signed with the brand-new (here in Italy, at least) shadowy signature (quote to Shadows over Innistrad not intended).

Hope I’ll see him and Kat during other events, before Lucca Comics and Games 2016 (hope they manage to go to some Italian GP, or European at least *_* ). And I’ll never thank them enough for how special they make us feel, like very good old friends! Thank you again! -Minion #173.5

Oh, look at this! It’s one of my rare Tumblr posts! And, as a loyal Minion as I am, it’s one about my Steve Argyle loot increasing! Muahahahahahahah! Ok, then... I got not 1, but 2 Modern Masters 2015 booster boxes! (Thank you Ascended #22 for your gift! <3) And so, since there’s a lot of Steve’s works in this special set (+ some high chance to find some of them very shiny), here’s what I’ve found! (The first 3 pictures) Some pretty nice sets of Bloodthrone Vampire, Matca Rioters, Kozilek’s Predator and Vampire Lacerator, along with an Everflowing Chalice! Love all of them! <3 Also, it was an occasion to increase Ascended #22 collection too! The last picture is what she decided to keep and put in her binder. :) We really love when there are Steve’s works in a Magic set! :D -Minion #173.5 & Ascended #22

Happiness!*____* Yesterday I went to Lucca Comics & Games together with my boyfriend (Minion#173.5) to meet Steve and Kat again, I was so excited! After an hour we were able to enter in the area.. We waited, but it was worth it!** I’m so happy, for everything!*__* It was very nice to meet them again, They were kind and nice as always! We had some conversation, hugs and everything (but there are no pictures to prove it, I was so excited that I forgot it!XD)!  Thank you so much Steve Argyle and Kat! I really enjoyed the time we spent together! It’s always awesome to meet you and I hope we’ll see each other again! And thanks to Ascended Minion Project!

And now the finest thing so far. I finally decided to get my first playmat, and why not starting with these beautiful merfolks created by the savant hand of our Dark Lord? I spent some time choosing which one to take (really, I spent almost half an hour... they are all amazing), but in the end my Blue mage nature overwhelmed me and I chose this one. And if that wasn't enough, I also got a little octopus minion sketched over it! It's so cuuuuuute!! <3 Thank you sooooo much, Steve and Kat! It was fantastic to see you again and exchange some words. I hope to meet each other again in the future, because it's always a wonderful experience! -Minion #173.5

Let's continue, saying that yesterday I went to Lucca Comics & Games together with Ascended #22 to meet Steve and Kat again. And here is part of the result of that meeting: lots of new fine signatures and a very special one from her, the Guul Draz Vampire herself: Kat! It was so nice to meet them again, they were kind and nice as always! We had some conversation, hugs and everything! So thank you very much, Steve and Kat! Here it comes my "almost-annual" post about my Steve's collection! (Sorry but I don't use Tumblr a lot, but, since my partner Ascended #22 ascended, I'll make more efforts to use it as often as I can) Let's start with what I found out raiding some of my albums/common-uncommon boxes in the past few weeks! -Minion #173.5

What are all the cool stuffs you can get at Lucca next week?  Also the “Steve’s Line at Lucca Survival guide.”

Last year, Lucca was a very very busy show for me.  (When are one of you mad scientists going to clone me already!)  We actually had event security assigned to us to manage our line.  That was on top of Kat and Lucy doing their magnifecent work as well.  Turns out that it would easier to literally juggle people.

So this time, and unlike most shows, at Lucca we will be doing signups for artwork.   Each morning, we’ll fill up a schedule with first come, first served.  To accommodate the most people, we won’t be doing next-day signups, so get to us early.  We’ll have a rough time-slot estimated for you.  We recommend you check back about an hour before that just to see how the queue has been moving.  The usual limit of two pieces of artwork per trip will apply, so plan your days accordingly.  

If you just need stuff signed, we’ll be doing that in-between.  You may have to stand around for a few minutes, but it shouldn’t be too horrific.  Because we’ve got so many people to accomodate, please keep it to 12 cards or less. If you just want to buy something, come on up.  No waiting around for that sort of thing, of course.  We love it when people buy stuff.

Indeed I will be!  I’m excited!  It was phenomenally great last year, and maybe this year I’ll be a little better prepared.  :) Translation: After his awesome success last year, Steve Argyle is coming back. An American artist of epic characters and operas of art for over a decade for Magic The GAthering, Star Wars, Dungeons and Dragons and various other video games from Sony Entertainment. Steve Argyle will be at his stand (G34) all the days of the event with his rich collection of art prints to autograph and alter Magic cards. Furthermore, Steve has made a painting of one of his most famous characters of Magic the Gathering for the Area Performance: the Plainswalker Liliana
