Let me tell you the story of SOM TAM. What is is actually? What are the ingredients included in this dish? ..... ..... SOM TAM has its root from ISAAN, which is the Northeastern Part of Thailand. Some decades ago, as many people from the area moved to Bangkok and introduce this dish of papaya salad to the capital’s street food list. It started to grew more popularity because of its gorgeous taste. A light dish of SOM TAM originally eaten together with heavy glutinous rice is a good combination. If you have no idea how it taste, just imagine a dish of German cucumber salad. It tastes quite similar, but still a difference, though 😋 Uh! To make this ISAAN meal perfect, BBQ chicken should be added, especially served with JAEW sauce. ( Don’t worry.
