designs for my triforce destruction era hilda and ravio, which im tentatively calling 'mother of death'. hilda is ready for war, as she is handling a lot of the conflicts over the triforce and general unrest in lorule, and ravio is very much meant to evoke rapunzel, both literally trapped in a tower, and stuck isolated under the burden of the triforce

In the original shuake image, Akira is covering his face (wearing a mask), while Akechi doesn't because his face is already the mask (his deception).

Zelda wears a mask of perfection while Hilda doesn't wear one because her face and her as a person is already the mask she wears in order to save Lorule.

ALttP zelink would take a long time to have their relationship change from friends to lovers, despite the whole being destined for each other thing. Zelda would be aware that she’s falling for Link and never had a choice from the very beginning, but never wanted to give it hope. Link, on the other hand, is an absolute idiot who took like a decade to figure out he was in love with Zelda.
