hey sorry but the subliminal you gave me its working well with your method like i feel presseure in my chest, spinning and i always become aware in the hypnagogia state first time acc,but i dont have motivation i just pause the vid and be like i will continue tmrw ,any tips
Please forgive me, I've only been in this app recently and I don't really understand all the functions here. I just saw your message and I'm glad you did it. Hypnagogia is a very powerful state for everything. Most likely, you had a so-called "resistance". It means that you were close. I'm really curious how you're doing with this right now. I would advise you to continue when you feel like you want to stop. Then just affirm on void or visualize, whatever you want.
I'm sorry, I just saw your message. I didn't really understand your question. But I'm sticking with to the concept of the observer, or in another way, the theory of the multiverse
You know, I've been in the shifting community for 4 years now, but I never fully believed in shifting. I believed in it, just not 1000%. That changed about 4ā5 days ago.
I went to take a shower and, out of habit, turned the faucet to the left to get the water warm, but instead it got colder. I was like, wtf? So I turned it all the way to the left, but it just kept getting colder. For a second, I thought, "Did I just shift?" but I didn't want to jump to conclusions. I figured there had to be another explanation. Then I turned the faucet to the right... and there was the hot water.
I asked my mom what was going on, and she told me it had always been like that. No, Mom. I've been living in this apartment for FOUR YEARS, and no, it has NOT always been like that. Then I asked my sister. I was hoping she had shifted into this reality with me and would remember things the way I did, but she gave me the exact same answer as my mom. That's when I realized I was shifted.
And yes, this reality feels just as real as the one I remember. At first, I experienced a bit of derealization, and my family felt strangely unfamiliar, but I eventually got used to it.
This experience also made me question something. A lot of people say that when you wake up in another reality, you're not surprised because, to that version of you, you've always lived there. I'm not saying that's wrongāeveryone's experience is different. But in my case, I was absolutely shocked when I realized I was in an alternate reality.
I still don't understand why I shifted. Maybe it was because the day before, I practiced a hypnagogia method and stayed in that state for about an hour? What do you guys think? Any theories?
How I entered into the void state 4+ times a night and did everything wrong..
(I'm using a translator and this is my first post)
Hi everyone! I want to share my story and my unique experience with practicing the Void State, which Iāve been focusing on for the past 2 months (prior to this, I had been into shifting and manifestation since December 2022). Iāve found my personal keys to this state, but the other night I stumbled into a very interesting mind trap. I want to break down my experience chronologically.
**Part 1: My Base and Terminology**
During my practices, Iāve unlocked the ability to easily manage borderline sleep states. I have my own system:
1. **The 46 Method:** I count to 4 on the inhale while visualizing a single number from 100 down to 0 in my mind, and count to 6 on the exhale. This perfectly puts the body to sleep while keeping consciousness awake. You can use this ingenious method to enter hypnagogy. It's really very easy.
2. **SF (Spontaneous Phase) and Micro-awakenings:** Iāve learned to become aware of myself during brief awakenings throughout the night. My brain has literally developed a habit of waking my consciousness up right when my body is at its maximum relaxation.
3. **Somatic Hypnagogia:** My hypnagogia is primarily somatic (physical). I can clearly feel my limbs shutting down (first fingers, then legs), and a spinning sensation begins. At the same time, I retain the ability to move (I can even scratch an itch), but the body immediately "disappears" again.
Part 2: That Very Night
Recently, I went to bed at 3:00 AM. My goal was to do SATS: enter hypnagogia, say my affirmations, and fall asleep with the assumption that I would wake up in the Void. I turned on audio with white noise and a bell ringing every 1.5 seconds.
Here is what happened next:
* I started the 4-6 method, reached a certain count, my body relaxed deeply, and I entered hypnagogia.
* Then cycles of micro-awakenings began. I kept falling asleep and waking up inside the dream about 5-6 times. Each time I became aware, I repeated my affirmations automatically.
At some point, I COMPLETELY stopped hearing the audio and the bells. Absolute darkness and silence set in. There was no body, no external sounds.
* But instead of just BEING there, my mind fixated on the instructions. I thought: āI need to be in hypnagogia and affirm so that I fall asleep properly.ā I was convinced that since I didn't feel a sense of triumph, it meant I wasn't in the Void yet, and I needed to keep doing the method.
* Because of this thought, I instantly manifested my return from the Void back into hypnagogia and dreams. This repeated at least 3-4 times within an hour until the audio ended.
* In the end, a harsh trigger of the Spontaneous Phase occurred: I felt an incredible heaviness in my body (catalepsy) and severe dry mouth when I tried to move. The body was deeply asleep, but the mind was awake.
Conclusion and Insight:
I realized that I WAS in the Void. Several times that night. But I didn't recognize it in the moment because I was trying to do the practice "perfectly." My belief that *āI need to loop affirmations in hypnagogia a bit longer for it to workā* played a trick on me: the Void, being a space of instant manifestation, simply executed my subconscious command to "return to hypnagogia and continue the method."
My main takeaway: 3D completely yields to 4D. Next time the bells disappear and only the darkness of my thoughts remains, I won't force anything. I will simply let go of control because I am already there.
