Normally I am the most morning of morning people but fucking hell, jet lag has hit me like a tonne of bricks and even I can’t cope with being awake at two AM. Anyone have any tips on how to kick the unfortunate habit of falling asleep too early in the evening – because the usual attempts to stay awake just aren’t cutting it.
