It's like Weathering With You meets Studio Ghibli. At least, that's what it feels to me watching this adventurous and relaxing anime. It tells the tale of a boy who encounters a girl whom later he discovers to be an Oni, who is on a journey to search for her mother.

Their journey while fun and interesting takes them to a flea market, to a ryokan, a cafe, a shrine and eventually the mystical world itself. All while being hunted by a mysterious deity known as the Snow God as they raced against time to reach their destination before it does.

If you like anime by Makoto Shinkai and Hayao Miyazaki, this one is for you. It has similar vibes and atmosphere that you feel like you go on journey with the main characters against the beautiful backdrop of the Japanese countryside during the rain, shine and even snow.

It's made by Tomotaka Shibayama, who made A Whisker Away.

How I wish these 3 had interacted more in canon !! See a bit of Havoc & Rebecca planning their part of Central's coup. (They even adopted Maria along the way ). Rebecca managed to steal my heart when she has so damn little screen time (is that thinking about finding a guy while loading a shell as casually as possible? MAYBE, perfect diva <3 )

Some fic adds Havoc to the academy with Rebecca & Riza. I really like the idea of them meeting there, but not to the point of being good friends I think. Like, they mainly crossed paths on the shooting range. Although for me Havoc is a bit older than the girls and wouldn't have crossed paths at the academy. (But then that would mean he'd have been sent to Ishval? heeen IDK T_T. They were short of soldiers at the time.) Anyway, for me Havoc will bond with Riza after he joins Team Mustang. Maybe Hawkeye talked about him to Mustang to join the team? Do we know how the members of Team Mustang were recruited? Do you know good fic about that ? (I love Team Mustang ♥ )

afghan hound

i cannot imagine the dedication that must go into maintaining this breed’s coat… but they are always so gorgeous nonetheless! afghan hounds come in many coat colors besides this golden crème, but i thought id highlight the color specifically as it isn’t very commonly seen anymore :-(
