(( oh basically i’m dyscalculic so i cant actually process numbers quickly enough for it to not really drag down play. graphs? stats? rolls? basic math for damage rolls? Cannot Compute. a dear sweet lovely angel friend of mine coded a discord bot for me to handle healing and damage rolls, but for the most part we’ve kinda slashed at the rules so that its manageable for me 

its BASICALLY para & script rp with some roll mechanics (to investigate, try charming npcs, rolling for damage & accuracy, almost dying.png, healing, all that good stuff) and we simplify it with the classic stat system of 1-5 and wiggle room on what counts as succeeding (usually 1-10 is a fail, 11-15 is usually pass, and 16-20 is Take The Reigns Cowboy) following some sort of event that is Similar to a oneshot quest... with one person leading and acting as the DM with final veto

as for the verses i HATE fantasy actually so its all sorts of stuff. we’ve done pure scifi, scifi meets space knights nonsense, canadian mafia with superpowers, 1920s murder mystery, fallen london set kinda thing, various zombie apocalypses, death at the circus & cops, etc... its just whatever world i feel like mashing together and shooing my friends through like naughty baby cats. im typically “dm” or coordinator because im a menace whos constantly frothing with “SO What if i combined THIS and THAT and set us LOOSE??????” atm its superheros set in toronto but not dealing with the mob, rather political intrigue & reusing an ARG setting i had with the manufacturing of fame & changeling lore. i carry the plots all on the fly so its all off the cuff improv but i may outline or write down lists of npcs for the others and to get some feedback for a general feel of where we wanna go in our faux campaign

the emphasis is more so on roleplay and development rather than combat but they dont call me the body horror dm for no reason baybie!
