i’m learning that a lot of people don’t know what a flash flood is or how and why they happen.
very frustrating because people on the west side of the city are acting like people on the east side are lying about the severity of what happened yesterday.
like. this all happened so quickly and during rush hour. that’s a bus filled with water right there. so you can only imagine how deep the flood waters were. people were stranded waiting for rescue.
