i got involved in a car crash that claimed my beloved cousin's life and another female friend, simply the most traumatising event i have ever lived through, it's been 6 months since the accident happened and i still feel the pain weighing heavy on me, i'm not as vibrant as i used to be and i constantly feel stuck/stagnant, but somehow i can sense my spark slowly coming back to me.....the little tasks don't feel so difficult to complete anymore and waking up no longer feels like a burden.

hopefully this new season will be much more gentle to me.

i lost a handful of friends this year, something i was really not ready for, but i am grateful to have experienced each and every one of those beautiful souls.

for the first few months of the year i was overwhelmed and in disbelief but as time moved on, i understood that it is probably best for me to live my life to the fullest cause at any moment this precious gift could end and i won't have another chance to be me ever again. I guess the greatest lessons really do come from the deepest losses.
