Pleased to announce that we have 28 fantastic contributors on this project! Plus, others have offered their support as readers, moderators, and organizers, and plenty more still have helped to spread the word. To everyone who helped this project get off the ground- thank you so much again!
Moving on to the next stage, partners/groups will be assigned to those who expressed an interest in the team option and sent out to the relevant contributors so they can touch base and request reassignment if necessary- aiming for finalized teams by the end of November.
After, a proposal form will be created in which each contributor or team can describe what they would like to make for the project (medium, topic, and estimated length/size). This is planned to close by the end of the year so that contributors can get to work and organizers can start on the layout.
Finally, in order to facilitate more effective communication, a Discord server will be created (it is not mandatory that contributors join this server, but it is encouraged). A link will go out via email once it is finalized. It is also recommended that contributors follow this account for updates, although emails and messages via Tumblr will still be used to check in around deadlines.
