Happy Summer fic exchange @myshipsintheharbor and thanks for organising it @unremarkablehouse Prompt: Mulder digs up a really flimsy X-File as an excuse to take Scully out on a beach or lake day/vacation. Scully sees through it eventually, but they end up having a nice picnic together one night. **Notes:** No smut please! Ideally I see this happening sometime between seasons 4 and the end of season 7, but any time pre-season 8 works for me! some angst is fine to include, but i'd love it to be generally light-hearted and fluffy, even if there's no distinct romance :)
