if you had a chance to describe gallerians personality. Howd you say it is like? Im aware the wiki has so but im curious on your input....
I'd love to put our my perspective! Ok, here's some of it. I'll try to prevent myself to not write too much because analyzing characters behavior is something I love to do.
Blunt/Bold - In the novel we can see that Gallerian is very direct with his language. He does have a filter of politeness often, but he does not beat around bushes and makes his opinions heard. He can sometimes be too blunt and come off as rude when (as I read it) not meaning to.
Assertive/Determined - Gallerian is extremely dedicated towards his goals. We can definitely see how post contract Gallerian is willing to go far to achieve them, but even before that he was very determined to get what he wants. These traits too also go too far and bleeds into being naivety of trying to achieve the impossible. As well as being way too hard working. He puts desires over needs.
Pragmatic/Stingy - He sees everything from a business point of view and has most often an objective mindset. A guy who wants to get things done and dislikes slacking off. As well, his stinginess is kind of obvious. Very concerned about his wealth, as he sees it as a necessary need to get somewhere in the world. Type of guy to say he's married to his work.
Academically intelligent - Gallerian is obviously very smart (which for some reason people in the fandom tend to forget?). Like definition of golden child. Though I think he values academic intelligence so highly that he falls short on example emotional intelligence. I don't think he can put himself in others shoes. He can be sympathetic but it seems hard for him to see things from other perspectives than those that he has made up his mind to be "right". Even Mira points this out in the pjsk card story.
Uptight (yet reckless?) - I don't know how to properly describe this one. Gallerian initially is very cautious and sometimes unwilling to do new and challenging things. But he's also easy to tempt, and when tempted, he goes very recklessly into this uncertainty. I think he wants to be levelheaded, but as I said, the desire is (subconsciously) prioritized over need.
I also think Gallerian has a strong will to want to be in control and have things organized to his liking. I don't think he really can cope well being in the dark of things. And therefore I believe his naivety and recklessness stems from this. When he's in a situation where he's out of control, he convinces himself to be in control. When he doesn't know about something he needs to get a knowing of it. This is kinda digging deeper now, but I wanted to add this.
Nonchalant - Seriously and as a joke he's so fucking nonchalant all the time. Ultimate ragebaiter I swear.
I could write more but this is already getting very lengthy, so I leave it to this. Hope you like my input!
