It's all gay marriage shit, but no, it won't be everywhere. The death of prop 8 sorta means that California can't put a gay marriage ban in its constitution. The death of the parts of the defence of marriage act that were killed means the federal government can't deny benefits to gay couples just cuz they're gay.
