AU: Surveillence.
"Sure." Dean smirked, taking a sip of his coffee before grimacing and adding two scoops of sugar. “Your old man was pretty hard on you then?" He asked, even though he already knew the answer— it was all in the file.
"Yeah- actually. Really hard." He murmured. Sam didn’t like to be reminded of the early days. He drank his coffee black, face unchanging. “What about you? I’m sure you know everything about me. Am I allowed to know your story?"
“I wasn’t instructed not to tell you…" Dean said slowly, “but not here, not where other people could hear. Most things about me and my family are classified."
Sam's eyebrows raised. "In the car then." He decided, not wanting to drop it. He hated the feeling that Dean knew every detail about him, and yet he knew nothing about his guardian.
