I've been out for over ten years. I'm a walking billboard for it gets better. But even now, with the world changing and after so long of accepting myself... I still get a bit shocked sometimes when I realize I'm not alone. I'm not the only girl that looks at girls the way I do. I'm not the only one that falls in love with girls instead of boys. And it's insane. It's an insane joy to feel that realization. Even after knowing it for so long. And the world keeps getting bigger and we keep learning.
