Another day, another hit
Had a good hitting session today, hit pretty clean. My backhand was extremely low percentage though so I spent some time drop feeding it. I don't really feel like I got a lot out of that. I drop fed some forehands and founds snapping my hips forcibly from closed to open really juices up the forehand. I feel like I worked hard but I lost my focus in the backhand side of the 3 and 1 drill and just hit volleys. I didn't follow through on lifting though cause I was tired. Room to improve. Shaping the ball was also alittle subpar
