thank you so much! that was literally first on my list of things to do now that we're taking a break. instead of three days, i'm sleeping for about a week. well maybe not sleeping but i won't be leaving my bed for an entire week so my body can rejuvenate before i go out and figure out wha ti want to do. that's what i've been told, to take a trip somewhere i haven't been or somewhere i've been wanting to visit. may have to go off the grid for a little bit with no interruptions.
See? Your body already knows what it wants. Listen to it. You've spent months giving everyone else your energy, so now it's your turn to be selfish for a bit. Stay in bed, order whatever you're craving, ignore every alarm, and don't feel guilty about a single second of it. Going off the grid actually sounds perfect. Find somewhere with good food, pretty views, and terrible phone reception so no one can bother you. The world will survive without you for a week, I promise. And if it doesn't, well, that's hardly your problem.
