I want to make this known; it’s OKAY to flirt with my muse, it’s okay to say flirty things to them, yes, they may not react to it, they may not respond to it positively, but know as a mun I’m 100% OKAY with it. Especially if my muse is clearly attractive appearance wise, go a head, flirt with them, if my muse is your muse’s type, it’s okay to flirt, we don’t have to be shipping, we don’t ever have to ship to have you flirt with my muse; I WONT think you’re pushing a ship on me either. But I just feel that some people are scared to have their muse be flirty to another because we a muns might take it the wrong way.

I’m not saying this goes for everyone, but I’m letting you know that it doesn’t make me uncomfortable and I’m fine with it.

"What did you just call me?"

“Well you do.” He tried to sound confident in his choice of adjective, but the moment a question left his mentors lips he shrunk a bit. 

“I-I mean, sir, the shade is perfect. Your tailor did a wonderful job with the cut. I can’t think of a word to describe the way you look that’d do justice other than gorgeous.” He could see his hands fidget in the mirror as he stood just behind the preening artist. Kyle thought his boss looked good in whatever he wore; his wardrobe was naught but grandeur. But Sander Cohen ever was the King of Drama.

It didn’t help he could have very well been wrong. Either of his three fellow disciples would have been far more successful if they had found themselves in his position; passing through Mr. Cohen’s apartment just as he was getting ready for an evening out. And one that included a bit of time with Andrew Ryan himself. Alas, Kyle was the one stuck doing his best to assist the artist in his time of need.

“Gorgeous, hm?” Cohen echoed, a bit unconvinced. His tone was flat and his hazel eyes did not leave his own reflection as he continued to primp, adjusting his tie for the umpteeth time, inspecting his undershirt for any hint of paint. It seemed no matter how much he fiddled with his neck, or brushed off his shirt, he could not be satisfied with his appearance. Perhaps it was his nerves; even with all the shows he’d put on, it seemed old habits were hard to kill. Time with Andrei was always enough to get him jittery – not necessarily in a bad way.

The artist frowned, adjusting his tie for a final time before he turned his eyes on his youngest disciple. Despite knowing Kyle’s nature, even he felt as if the flattery was being laid on a little thick… Maybe the boy had been spending too much time with Silas. Still, he would take the compliment without protest – Fitzpatrick wasn’t necessarily wrong, even if he was a bit clumsy with his delivery.

“If you’re going to linger, Fitzpatrick, you can at least fetch my coat,” he barked, as if he was sure there were better things to do than have the boy stand around staring over his shoulder.

“You’d better not be coming to me with problems.” Cohen replied, looking at Dan pointedly. “That is by far the last thing that I need right now.” The first thing he needed being the lights to be set for the show.

What was it that made you realize you were truly meant to be a great artist?

“Perhaps it was the way it made me feel – the way that it allowed me to express myself… Or maybe the way others fawned over my work when it was displayed; it’s hard to say. Truthfully, when it comes down to it, I suppose it was more to do with the way my muse whispered sweetly into my ear that made me realize it was my duty to delight an audience.”
