looking at the sprocket spacing on the load/save film strip, the closest gauge must be 70mm, 5 perf? it doesn't much look like any of them exactly, at least not the ones i'm familiar with. but of course it looks like a film strip at a glance, as a prop should.

i don't really understand the purpose of steam trading cards but the Pathologic 3 ones look pretty funny. they are very different than HD and 2's. originally blue was used instead of green to chroma key with film, the "bluescreen" instead of "greenscreen" which is typically used for keying digital. that's the first thing that came to my mind when I saw it due to everything film related in the game at least.
