Elven treasure hunter Altin manages to kidnap the local prince completely by accident. Like, he knew he was breaking and entering, but never expected to be leaving with the (admittedly very attractive) Prince Zephyr. Or for the Prince to end up being so chill with it. Aside from the criminal nature of their meeting, things seem to go well, but then a slightly cliche regicide plot and attempt to usurp the throne derail their burgeoning relationship and leave both young men on the run.

This one's a piece for an illustration contest over on ARTStreet where the theme was "Men".

So, I put my smollest guy with my biggest guy, although their clothing choices kind of make the muscle difference hard to see... Ezra is full bara, Altin is leaner. He just seems buff compared to Zeph's bishounen ass.

As a wizard, Ezra has no right to be as big as he is. What is his fitness regime? He may have started it just to annoy Leo, I'm not sure XD

I needed a little break between finishing chapter two and starting three, just to brush up on skills and remember what I was writing. I thought I'd actually posted here since finishing that chapter but uh.... apparently not. Oops.

In case you haven't seen it, each page was released automatically on ComicFury at the end of last year/beginning of this one. It's all up there and I'm thinking that maybe I shouldn't place every page on Tumblr? Sorting out the links for every page was a surprising amount of work, and I'm wondering if I should maybe just post only the link to the comic site and an image or two as a reminder when new stuff comes out.

Updates! woo!

Yoooo Ok so I’ve got everything moved over to Comic Fury and will be linking to that in the future because SmackJeeves is now a dumpster fire. Chapter 2 is making progress but I’m still second-guessing myself a shit ton on 90% of the dialogue ha ha.....

I GOT IN TO MCM MAY which is great but terrifying as always so I got lots to do I haven’t been to that one in years and haven’t exhibited at it in even longer. I also applied to Bristol Pride Comic Arts Festival which is at the start of July but in my home town so yay!

I’ll be attending but not exhibiting at MCM Birmingham this month and still got cosplay to finish for that (I’m going as Jonathan Joestar cause I’ve been planning to for like 3 years now so got most of it). SO lots of panicked/excited internal screaming here

OOOkayyy... So apparently Smackjeeves did a massive redesign to try and match the other comic apps and that means that custom sites and custom domains are gone. Also it looks like butt.

I didn’t shell out for a domain, but I did spend ages coding a custom site with nice fonts, a colour scheme and icons with links to here and Kofi. Also I linked the background image for here from there to keep them matching, so that’s gone poof and we just have grey rn. I’ll make it look prettier soon but I’m more worried about chapter two right now!

And I guess I’ll have to be reprinting books and flyers with the correct URL at some point.... For now they redirect to the right page, so no worries yet but let me know if something shows up broken!!
