The longest and best winter I can remember. We went skiing, I tried randonee, and climbed several mountains on foot. I slept outside in a hammock in -14 degrees. Rambo started training agility along with shepherding, and we participated in the total of 5 weekend courses. My company came in second place in the regional and the national championship. Me and Rambo started our first unofficial competition. I had the pleasure to listen to some amazing people at Innotown. We had the warmest summer since 2014. We went on a 3-days trip up in the mountains. I saw Guns N’ Roses live, and U2 in Copenhagen. I camped outside alone in my hammock. We moved to a new stable.

New week, new hikes. this time, it was a though one. making our own path through the deep and soggy snow, i think it is safe to say we burnet a hell of a lot calories.

Turning 24 this weekend, every day of it has been packed with people, sunshine, animals and activites! and yes, a little riesling as well. 2018 so far has been hectical, active, social and educating. i hope it continues throughout the year. I really do feel blessed to have so many amazing things and individuals to fill my days with.

It's a shame Rambo is not as photogenic as Brumund is. Everytime a camera appears, Brumund shines like the star he is.

last week we reached mountain top nr. 4, after batteling the wet and soggy snow on our way up. it was exhausting, to put it gently, and I did at some point consider turning back. Reaching numbers of mountaintops and normal hikes the last year, one would think that every hike from there is a piece of cake. Especially Engsetfjellet, as it is a rather small mountain. That was not the case this day. But with a little determination, and being stubborn as a goat, we reached the top! This leaves me 4 different mountains in 4 weeks. A rather decent start for this year. I'm really looking forward to longer and brighter days. Short, dark days doe something with the spirit.
