a lil heads up since folks keep asking: if you're following my main blog, @tratserenoyreve , you'd know that i'm currently doing a couple things. firstly, i'm working on an original project, an rpg maker game called moondrops, and haven't spent time drafting or drawing comics since all my art effort has been put into that. secondly, i'm trying to raise and save money to get my real life teeth fixed, as i have a host of issues with them, including frequent pain. thirdly, i also have acquired some part-time work to make money to help with said teeth problems, which puts a bit of a dent in the time i have to do art stuff. i haven't abandoned this blog or the concept, stop freaking out, it is taking a lot longer than i'd thought to do anything but life stuff happens. so, for now, just chillax.

In said schedule, are you going to continue the original Thought comic? Or will it just be the ask blog? Especially because of Starbot Dubs, there's probably thousands of people now who want to see where it goes; including myself, who's followed it from the very beginning, all the way up to right now. -VTV

there is a planned “continuation” but it’s gonna be treated as an experimental series of snippets with self contained story threads. so less of a “thought 2” and more of an episodic variety of bird hijinks. the ask blog will be where future comics are assembled, but will also have fan interaction stuff.

the stuff i have planned is also more meta centric and a further exploration of the “copy of a copy kept in an unstable box” concept. we’ll not only be moving forwards, but sideways and back.

not to beat a dead horse, but any luck with computers yet?

i’ve been using my datemate’s computer and slowly working out how i wanna approach using it, since i still want to invest in 1: computer of my own and 2: an external memory brick. i am also moving out soon to live with said datemate. hopefully once i’m settled i can return to doing art stuffs and streams.

So, how's getting that new computer going?

hopefully gonna go shopping soon to check out available models, still have the money saved for it, kinda anxious about tax costs so my datemate is offering to take me on-base so it’s not as steep. it won’t be anything spectacular, but i’m hoping to get myself a memory brick while i’m at it too.

technology related anxiety sucks a lot btw.

Its a bummer that your hard disc is dead. But, are you good at drawing on paper as well as digital art? I'd like to see some paper artwork of yours.

Uh so it has been a month. what are you doing? im not trying to be rude but... IT HAS BEEN A MONTH

i don’t have a working computer for starters [hard disk is dead] so that means zero digital art, which was how i was doing all these comics.

when i have a working computer again, you’ll see the toucan again, and the story bits i had planned and all that jazz. but, the laptops i’m looking at to fit my needs are expensive, even if i go for the lower price range i’ll be paying lots of tax, and i need to make sure the one i get can actually do stuff. my old one was in no way made for what i used it for, and i’ve chatted with some very kind and helpful people on what specs i’ll need for my projects.

so, i’m just gonna ask people please be patient cuz i literally fought with my old computer for months to finish the main comic and i’m kinda worn out even now.

How do you suppose a conversation between Toucan and Annoying Dog would go, considering who A.D. is? I always suspected that Sans knows who A.D. is since Sans can be found standing outside the door to A.D.'s room.

Trying to hold a conversation with A.D. is… probably impossible lol. Even if this Toucan were aware of the dog’s involvement with the code, there wouldn’t be anything to be done about it, the copies are already out of hand. Players are doing their own thing. And A.D. probably can’t communicate in a useful way.

He’ll probably just keep feeding the dog. A.D. doesn’t know what he did. A.D. is just happy to be here.
