thanks to the people who have already shared my post.  should be sleeping but i literally can’t right now, so worried about her.  anyone who has a pet knows what that anxiety is like. i gave her some pain meds that the vet prescribed and it seems to be helping a little. ughhhh.

hey tumblr, my name is jennifer and i’m a black sapphic looking to get surgery for my cat smokey.  she has been with me for 3 years now, through my coming out, and my first year of college.   i love her so much and can't imagine life without her.  just last week i heard her meowing in pain.  i found a lump. after taking her to the vet they told me it is a hernia and infection.  the price they gave me is $600 not including the meds for surgery.   i'm super worried for her and i don't get paid until two weeks and i really need the money now.  if anyone could help out, i'd really appreciate it.
